  1. Develop solutions to preserve existing low-income housing and create new and additional low-income housing opportunities

  2. Design interventions to reduce trauma and support those who are compelled to relocate (through research, assessment, advocacy, and direct service) 

  3. Preserve the intergenerational diversity of Midtown and Downtown Detroit in particular.
